Finding your peaceful heart can be challenging in challenging times, but oh, so essential.

Besides being good for your body/mind, it is a key practice in managing your mindset.

Your attitude and thinking is usually the only thing you really control, so don’t give your power away by letting it flop around like a fish out of water.

Give yourself calming breaks for deep breathing, finding you center and reciting a few affirmations. “I easily find my peaceful center,” and “My center is my starting point, all thoughts and emotions are sourced from there,” are two that I use regularly.
